Refund policy
At BUNX, we stand behind the quality of our golf gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer the following return and refund policy:
• Eligibility for Returns: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for orders within the United States.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
• Exclusions: No items are classified as final sale—all products are eligible for return within the 30-day window.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, log into your account—or email us at hello@bunxgolf.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide a prepaid return label for U.S. customers.
• International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
